Hi,
Long story short me and my wife share an alt character. We call him Bulldozer Bubba. With a name like that I told my wife he has to be a heavy. I mean, come on right, it just fits. Anyways, I have 2 heavy's on this account. 1) is an ammar sentinel now at level 5. the other one is a caldari currently at level 3. For a while I was using the ammar because everybody told me it was the best and also because it looks cool. Then one day I made 1 modification to the caldari heavy and men do I love that fit. Its like a walking orbital strike. I outflank people and kill 3 to 4 guys at a time. it is great. I mean, on my main account I never kill as many as in this account and I have like 3 time the SP. I was then thinking, I must be doing something wrong with the ammar. So here is where i need some help.
First off let me tell you why I like the caladari and with that in mind you guys may be able to help me with the ammar.
I like the caladari heavy for 3 reasons in no particular order. #1 it can take a hit. Then again so do most heavys. #2 it moves fast eeerr well, for a heavy. #3 and this is probably the most important reason I like the caldari is that it recovers fast. I can duke it out with 2 enemies and kill them. Then hide for a few seconds and I'm back up and running again (shields wise). I call this clean, rinse and repeat. This is not the case with the ammar. I think the ammar hits harder because of the damage mod i have in it but, it can't take on wave after wave of incoming enemies like the caladari and it also too dang slow for me. If 3 guys infiltrate a room I could probably take them out but when a 4th comes in a few seconds later then I'm done for.
Here is both my ammar and caladari current set up. I just need help the the ammar.
Caldari set up
Highs
1 complex shield extender
1 advance shield extender
1 complex energizer.
Lows
1 advance regulator -- I need more cpu before i can put on the complex. by the way, this one item right here match with the energizer is what makes this suit grate.
Ok now for the ammar
highs
1 advance heavy machine gun damage modifier - need more cpu or pg for the complex
lows
1 complext regular armor plate
1 complex reactive plate
1 complex repair module
both set up use the mh-80 heavy machine gun and the bold pistol. The bolt pistol is awesome.
Again, I need help with the ammar. i just want to be able to guard a point mostly by myself and or quickly infiltrate a point to clear a room. Any help is greatly appreciate it.
